Today Weatherlink reported a high wind of 20 mph at 10.06 am. WxSolution reported to Wunderground the same high gust, however there is no evidence in WxSolution of the 20 mph gust. The hourly total shows 14 mph and the display shows 17 mph for the high.

I've seen this occur, if only very rarely. The VP in its reporting packets includes the high wind speed received during that update period. If it wasn't spotted "live" then WxS won't know about it; I don't think WxS grabs that "high wind gust during period" bit. Seems to happen during a reduced reception quality period.
I've seen it happen just within WeatherLink, too. Won't show up on the broadcast screen gust dial but will, for instance, show up on the NOAA report for the month.

Reception is good now, averaging about 96% a day. However on April 27th it dropped down to less than 50% a day for no reason, I moved the computer off the wall 2 feet onto the night stand and reception went back to normal then three days ago I once again lost reception so I moved it back to the wall to regain the above 90% per day average. Yes I ordered a repeater.
