Today I noticed that my Heating and Cooling Degree Days a not the same as what Weatherlink is reporting. The comparison as of 7pm today are as follows:
WxExchange Heating Today 29 Month 465 Season 1127 Cooling 0 Weatherlink Heating Today 23.9 Month 416 Season 3272 Cooling 10
I updated the monthly and annual Heating-Cooling readings with that of Weatherlink and for some reason I got more snow now than the north pole. My snowfall for the season now is 8628179630530772000000000000000000.0 inches
Also my Heating for the season now is -512 and the cooling Season is 159
HELP. How do I clear that one out?

Here's a theory, nothing more. WxSolution calculates degree days using the NWS method, which is high + low / 2. WeatherLink gives you the option of using that or the "integration method" which is more accurate but not "official." See if you have that selected in WeatherLink. Now that I think about it, it could also be a factor of WxSolution using continuous measurements whereas WeatherLink is dealing with a compilation of "snapshots" taken at whatever your archive interval is set at. Despite the wacky snowfall reading you received, I'd put my money on WxSolution being right on the degree days. In any event, I'd suggest an e-mail straight to Dan at DanHanson@thunderheadtech.com to make sure you get it resolved.

Thanks. But in the process of clearing out my snow reading I ended up zeroing all the lows. So my weekend project will be importing again all historical data from Weatherlink
